What to Know Before Applying
Candidates who are considering joining the team at C&M Transport should first be aware of some important details. All drivers are required to have the following before they can begin working:
- A proper commercial driver’s license (CDL)
- Current medical card with long-form
- Up-to-date vehicle registration
- Annual vehicle inspection
Furthermore, all vehicles must be equipped with reflective triangles and flares, a fire extinguisher, E-Trac bars, straps, and pads. New hires are expected to attend a one-day orientation that lasts from early morning to late afternoon. Finally, all new drivers are requested to complete a pre-lease drug screen that we will set up on their behalf. $60 (subject to change) will be deducted from a future settlement. A DOT physical also can be completed at this time for $35 (subject to change) if needed.
